🔍 About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager IV with deep expertise in project risk management to support a major portfolio of projects. This role is critical in driving risk-based decision-making, identifying and mitigating threats, and ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and execution targets.
You’ll work cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, and leadership to proactively manage risk, support planning activities, and implement corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead risk identification, assessment, response planning, monitoring, and control across a multi-project portfolio
- Facilitate early risk & opportunity workshops to support project planning
- Develop and implement risk management templates, processes, and execution strategies
- Maintain and continuously update the project risk register and produce risk reports
- Establish and manage schedule risk models, assessing confidence in meeting In-Service Dates
- Support risk-based decision-making and problem-solving with project teams
- Perform cost and schedule impact analysis related to project changes
- Conduct constructability reviews
- Support contingency estimation and calibration
- Lead lessons learned, trend analysis, and issue resolution, ensuring knowledge transfer across the organization
✅ Required Qualifications
- Ideally 8–12 years of relevant project management experience, with strong focus on risk management
- Proven experience supporting large, complex infrastructure or capital projects
- Strong analytical skills in schedule, cost, and risk modeling
- Ability to influence teams and stakeholders through data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
