Project Controls Coordinator III
Contract Duration: Contract through 05/31/2027 (High potential for extension)
Location: Yanceyville, NC 27379
Work Schedule: Hybrid (On-site: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | Remote: Wednesday, Friday
Position Summary:
Enbridge is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator III (PCC) to support our Project Controls and Project Management teams. This role primarily focuses on Field Cost Analysis, providing analysis and reporting related to incurred costs, schedule forecasting, earned value management, and construction progress tracking.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of producing accurate and timely cost and schedule information to support project decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily LEMS process (Labor, Equipment, Material, Subcontractor)
- Maintain and manage cost data within the EcoSys system
- Validate schedule percent complete, actual, and forecast start/finish dates weekly with contractors
- Analyze and maintain project forecasts
- Support the change management process
- Provide accurate and timely cost/schedule information to the assigned Project Controls Analyst
- Prepare and issue weekly construction reports
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of industry and relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 Scheduling software
- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- Driver’s abstract required due to driving requirements for fieldwork
