Engineer : Jr Salesforce Developer

Position Overview
We are seeking an Engineer I with 2–5 years of experience to join a cross-functional Agile team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to quickly understand new applications and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications and related components.
- Create and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and development issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and user experience.
- Provide production support and participate in on-call rotations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–5 years of software development experience.
- Experience with Salesforce development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce CRM
- Salesforce Data Model
- Objects, Fields, Record Types
- Lookup and Master-Detail Relationships
- Salesforce Security and Sharing
- Salesforce Automation (Flows/Process Automation)
- Experience with Java and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and version control.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification.
- 1 year of automation experience.
- Experience working with multiple programming languages.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
