About role:
CPU Core Documentation Engineer to create, edit, review, and publish technical documentation for next-generation CPU cores, including data books, errata, white papers, application notes, and processor programming references.
Key Requirements:
- Strong technical writing, editing, and English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for technical documentation.
- Ability to validate AI-generated content against engineering source material.
- Knowledge of Python, Perl, or other scripting languages for workflow automation.
- Experience with structured documentation formats such as XML/ODT and version control systems such as Git or Perforce.
- Understanding of semiconductor engineering terminology; CPU design or x86/ISA knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with RAG, AI agents, and automated documentation publishing pipelines is preferred.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Salary : $85 - $90
