Civil Engineer IV

Note - (PER DIEM OFFERED NON LOCAL, who is willing to relocate)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the development and execution of renewable energy generation projects across solar, wind, and battery storage assets. This role will provide engineering support across multiple disciplines to ensure projects are well-planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently.
The Project Engineer will typically support 3–4 renewable projects simultaneously, working closely with internal engineering teams and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery storage.
- Provide engineering coordination and support across:
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Civil disciplines
- Assist in ensuring projects are technically sound, constructible, and efficiently executed.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams, project management, and other stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Review engineering inputs and support issue resolution during project development and execution phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline) – required.
- Experience with generation plants, substations, or utility projects.
- Understanding of engineering support for renewable energy or utility-scale projects.
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Renewable energy project experience (solar, wind, battery storage).
- Utility or power generation industry background.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license not required.
