Position Summary

The Business Analyst will provide structured support to the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) by facilitating communication, analysis, and reporting between Technology & Information Services (TIS) departments and business stakeholders. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing information, preparing executive-level presentations, conducting stakeholder surveys, organizing feedback into actionable plans, and assisting in the development of strategy and policy documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with TIS departments to collect updates, performance metrics, and operational or strategic information.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely information sharing.
• Conduct stakeholder surveys, interviews, and structured feedback sessions to gather business insights and requirements.
• Support relationship-building efforts across business and technology teams.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business impacts.
• Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for BRM and leadership review.
• Track progress of initiatives, action items, and commitments while ensuring timely updates.
• Assist in developing metrics and reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.

Presentation & Documentation Development

• Create high-quality executive presentations for leadership teams, steering committees, and stakeholder groups.
• Draft strategy documents, policy materials, governance proposals, and other business documentation.
• Translate technical concepts into concise, business-focused communications and presentations.
• Ensure documentation is organized, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.

Action Planning & Execution Support

• Organize stakeholder feedback into structured action plans with clearly defined owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor action plan execution and escalate issues, risks, or delays when necessary.
• Maintain documentation repositories, decision logs, meeting records, and communication archives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and business process enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of business or technical information.
• Advanced presentation development skills with the ability to create executive-ready materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to organize complex information and transform feedback into structured action plans.
• Experience working within IT, Digital Services, Technology, or TIS-related environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Business Relationship Management (BRM) functions.
• Familiarity with governance, policy development, and strategic planning processes.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Knowledge of project coordination and change management practices is a plus
