Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Related university degree or technical diploma with limited directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of related certification, formal education, and directly related experience. Candidates without a related degree or technical diploma should demonstrate additional directly related experience consistent with job ladder guidance.
• Minimum of five years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of related certification/formal education, depending on the candidate’s overall combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of related office software, company databases, business systems, company structure, standard operating procedures, and office communication technology.
• Demonstrated ability to provide a broad range of basic, complex, and/or specialized business services support, including data capture, process analysis, investigation of business issues, and support for systems or process improvements.
• Ability to analyze and understand business processes, identify issues, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions that support business requirements.
• Ability to support the identification, evaluation, development, testing, and implementation of business systems, procedures, and process improvements that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

Ability to collect, analyze, and relay information accurately through verbal and written communication.
