Title: OEM Program Specialist (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
Location: Burlington, VT (Onsite / Hybrid depending on assignment)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (40 hrs./week)
Reports to: Program Manager (no direct reports)
Travel: Not required
Start Date: Immediate upon onboarding clearance
Overview:
Client provides industry-leading automotive dealership websites and digital marketing solutions to support automotive manufacturers (OEMs) and dealership groups. The OEM Program Specialist supports the OEM Services Program Management team in coordinating and executing program deliverables across hundreds of dealership clients.
Job Summary:
The Program Specialist plays a key role in supporting program operations including client order processing, website asset implementation, compliance auditing, reporting, documentation, and cross-team coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, technically inclined, and demonstrates strong communication and customer support skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support OEM Services Program Managers with project coordination and execution, including new program launches and product initiatives.
- Assist with retailer program compliance auditing and resolution of identified issues.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for OEM compliance requirements to support internal teams.
- Manage pre-approval submissions and track retailer compliance status.
- Process retailer orders and assist in website asset implementation using internal CMS tools.
- Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reporting and program documentation.
- Research billing or advertising discrepancies as needed.
- Assist with coordination, scheduling, and logistics for meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Maintain awareness of changes to OEM program rules and compliance covenants.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience; prior office environment experience preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel), Word, and Outlook.
- Technically savvy with familiarity with web-based technologies and Windows environments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and organization.
