As the Director of Marketing, you will lead demand generation and brand visibility efforts through highly targeted, data-driven campaigns. From account-based marketing and partner programs to event strategy and digital execution, you’ll play a critical role in aligning marketing with sales to accelerate growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll actively build, launch, and optimize campaigns while collaborating across teams and external partners.
Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven, execution-focused marketing leader to join our team as Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in B2B demand generation, campaign orchestration, and marketing automation, with a strong ability to translate strategy into action. You’ll be responsible for driving pipeline growth through ABM, partner marketing, and events, while leveraging data and technology to continuously optimize performance and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and execute demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth
· Develop and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key industries
· Own partner and channel marketing initiatives, including chamber and association programs
· Plan, execute, and measure the success of events, trade shows, and speaking engagements
· Collaborate closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
· Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, and events
· Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot) for lead generation and nurturing
· Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
· Develop targeted content and messaging aligned with customer segments and buyer personas
· Oversee website, social media, and digital presence to enhance brand visibility
· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution
· Continuously optimize marketing strategies, processes, and tools based on data and insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in energy, industrial, or professional services sectors
- Proven ability to run high-volume campaign execution with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, automation, campaign management
- Experience managing events, trade shows, and partner marketing programs.
- Experience managing operational marketing cadence.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Comfortable operating as a player-coach in a lean environment with limited internal marketing headcount
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
