The Accounts Payable Associate will handle high-volume transactions with precision, support timely and accurate disbursements, and help maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
· Invoice processing/posting
· Matching purchase orders and receiving documents
· Disbursements
· Statement reconciliation
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
· Prior business and accounting experience with a focus on accounts payable
· Attention to detail
· Vendor communication skills
· Skilled at critical thinking and task prioritization
Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000
