Part-Time Field Technician – Property Management
Schedule:
• 2–3 days per week
• Up to 20 hours max
• Flexible hours
• Road-based role across multiple counties (Monmouth, Essex, Union, Middlesex, Somerset, & Hudson Counties)
About the Role:
We are a property management company seeking a dependable Part-Time Field Technician to handle on-site tasks across multiple counties. This position is primarily on the road and requires comfort traveling between properties.
Responsibilities:
• Property inspections (move-in / move-out / routine)
• Document unit conditions with photos and notes
• Take marketing photos of vacant units
• Move items as needed (keys, lockboxes, small materials)
• Drop off / pick up township Certificates of Occupancy (COs)
• Be present for township CO inspections
Requirements:
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between locations
• Smartphone with camera
• Comfortable walking properties and climbing stairs
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Prior field, inspection, or property experience a plus
Compensation:
• Hourly pay
• Mileage reimbursement
