TPG Management is a growing New Jersey–based property management company seeking a Full-Time Leasing Specialist to support and drive leasing performance across our residential portfolio. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented leasing professional who enjoys a mix of fieldwork and strategic oversight and takes ownership of leasing outcomes.This position plays a critical role in the success of our on-market listings. While we have a dedicated back-end leasing administration team handling underwriting, lease preparation, and paperwork, you are responsible for the performance, presentation, and lease-up success of each property.Position OverviewThe Leasing Specialist will manage the front-end and field execution of the leasing process, working closely with our Operations, Property Management, and Leasing Admin teams.
