A/P A/R Representative
TPG Inc is currently seeking an experienced A/P A/R Representative to join their team in the Greenwood, Indiana (46143).
About the role:
- Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions
- Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
- Resolves collections by examining customer payment history, coordinating contact with collections department
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments and customers.
- Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
- Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
- Create and maintains spreadsheets as needed
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered
- Enter data on A/R invoices; ensure proper coding on documents
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Enter and upload A/P invoices into system; ensure proper coding on documents
- Assist with month end closing

Position:
- Full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Graduate
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- BS degree in Finance, or Business Administration
- Customer service guidance
- degree of QS/TS/IATF Automotive standards
What We Offer:
- Compensation $22 - $24/hr
