Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Setup
- Prepare and arrange the breakfast bar before service (hot and cold items, beverages, condiments)
- Follow brand standards for presentation and food safety
- Ensure all items are fresh, properly labeled, and replenished throughout service
- Greet guests warmly and assist with questions or requests
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude to enhance the guest experience
- Address minor guest concerns or escalate issues when needed
- Keep the breakfast area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
- Wipe down tables, chairs, counters, and equipment regularly
- Wash dishes, utensils, and serving equipment
- Properly store food and supplies after service
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed during service
- Break down and clean the breakfast station after service hours
- Dispose of waste properly and follow health and safety regulations
- Prepare the area for the next day’s service
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts (often starting around 5:00–6:00 AM)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 25–50 lbs (supplies, food trays, etc.)
- Perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, and cleaning
- Fast-paced hospitality setting
- Early mornings, including weekends and holidays
- Interaction with guests and team members throughout the shift
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Attention to detail and cleanliness

- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
