Flexible Hours Required
As a Bartender at The Dime, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while crafting cocktails, pouring drinks, and delivering excellent service. You’ll balance speed, accuracy, and personality to ensure every guest has a memorable experience at the bar.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, and beer selections.
Check identification and adhere to all responsible service guidelines.
Keep the bar area stocked, clean, and organized throughout service.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Qualifications
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of mixology, drink presentation, and sanitation practices.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Manual dexterity to handle kitchen tools and equipment safely.
