What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
As an Asset Management Analyst, you will support the Asset Management team in maximizing portfolio performance and driving value creation across a diverse hospitality platform. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing hotel operational and financial performance against budgets, prior-year results, and market benchmarks
- Evaluating key hospitality KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and NOI to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Preparing investor presentations, lender reporting packages, and ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership
- Monitoring guest satisfaction metrics, brand quality scores, and customer feedback to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Maintaining asset management databases and ensuring accurate financial, operational, and legal property documentation
- Reviewing hotel operational reports and synthesizing insights for the broader Asset Management team
- Assisting with loan covenant compliance and lender reporting requirements
- Participating in high-level property meetings including revenue management, sales & marketing, monthly P&L reviews, investor discussions, and construction updates
- Supporting refinancing initiatives through lender coordination, deal tracking, and financial package preparation
- Assisting with acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence, transition management, and cross-functional coordination
- Contributing to strategic discussions involving management agreements, franchise negotiations, lease reviews, and lender communications
- Exposure to a nationally recognized hospitality and real estate platform

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, but not required (hotel asset management, hospitality finance, real estate private equity, consulting, or related analytical roles)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
