Job description
We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to verify cable assemblies built for national defense applications are in accordance with customer drawings and meet workmanship standards. Pay commensurate with education and/or professional experience. Experience preferred but not necessary. We are looking for an intelligent person who is great with paperwork and has an eye for detail; we'll train the rest.

Responsibilities:
- Verifying assemblies are built to controlling specifications through visual and mechanical inspection as well as electrical testing.
- Follow procedures, record data, and fill out inspection forms accordingly.
- Inspect workmanship for compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and inspection standard, J-STD-001.
- Inspect incoming products for conformity and fill out inspection forms.
- Complete FAIR's (First Article Inspection Reports) per AS9102.
- Participate with our team of internal auditors to maintain our QMS (Quality Management System) per AS9100.
Requirements:
- Great administrative/paperwork skills a must.
- Attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma
- 2 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment (preferred but not necessary)
- Experience with IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001, AS9100, or generating FAIR's per AS9102 (NOT Required but preference given)
Hours: M-F: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
