This is a full-time, fully remote role for an elite Algorithm Engineer. In this critical position, you will be the driving force behind the computational efficiency and intelligence of our proprietary systems. The Algorithm Engineer will design, develop, and deploy highly efficient algorithms, engaging in rigorous Research and Development (R&D) to build the next generation of AI-driven infrastructure.

You will not just be writing code; you will be conceptualizing the underlying logic that powers complex enterprise solutions. Daily operations involve deconstructing massive, multi-dimensional data sets, formulating robust mathematical models, optimizing algorithmic performance at the lowest levels of execution, and collaborating closely with cross-functional technical teams to seamlessly integrate these innovations into the TPCandle architecture.

• Advanced Algorithm Design: Architect, develop, and implement highly optimized algorithms to solve complex, non-linear computational problems within our AI systems.
• Research & Development (R&D): Lead deep-tech R&D initiatives to discover, prototype, and refine innovative algorithmic solutions that push the boundaries of current predictive intelligence.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze existing computational processes and strictly optimize algorithm performance, focusing on time complexity, memory allocation, and systemic scalability within sophisticated infrastructures.
• Mathematical Formulation: Translate complex business logic and abstract problems into rigorous mathematical models that can be systematically solved through code.
• Data Deconstruction: Analyze and manipulate vast, unstructured datasets, engineering pathways to extract actionable signals for machine learning models.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with applied mathematicians, AI researchers, and software engineers to deploy algorithms into production-ready, distributed enterprise systems.
  

• Educational Excellence: A Bachelor’s or advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a highly related technical field.
• Algorithmic Mastery: Deep, theoretical, and practical proficiency in Algorithm Development, Algorithm Design, and the fundamental mechanics of complex data structures.
• Elite Programming Skills: Exceptional programming capabilities with deep proficiency in relevant languages and low-level development tools required for high-performance computing.
• R&D Experience: A proven track record in Research and Development, with the ability to conceptualize and craft innovative technical solutions from scratch.
• Analytical Prowess: Superior ability to analyze complex data sets and engineer high-performance, fault-tolerant algorithms that scale efficiently.
• AI & Modeling Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of mathematical modeling, machine learning paradigms, and predictive analytics is highly preferred.
• Cognitive Skills: Outstanding critical thinking, rapid problem-solving capabilities, and a meticulous, analytical mindset.
• Remote Independence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex workloads autonomously in a fully remote environment while contributing positively to a distributed team culture.
• Language: Native or near-native professional fluency in English is mandatory.
