Golf Shop Coordinator

TPC Sugarloaf is currently seeking Part-Time Golf Shop Coordinator to serve our members and guests.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist PGA TOUR players, Members and Guests with their golfing needs.

- Greet and welcome Members and Guests in a professional manner.

- Communicate clearly with Members, Guests and fellow staff Members.

- Answer questions and provide assistance and information to Members & Guests.

- Answer telephones to schedule future starting times and communicate information in a pleasant and professional manner. This may include: Accurately record time and date of reservation in the online reservation system. Make corrections and update the online reservation system as appropriate when reservations have been canceled or filled.

- Accurately operate the point of sale system in the Golf Shop.

- Handle and count cash, make accurate change, record credit cards, gift cards, gift certificates and Member charges. Collect green fees, cart fees, and other incomes.

- Assist with physical inventory as required.

- Assist with daily cleaning of the golf shop to ensure continued cleanliness and appearance of the Golf Shop, storage areas, and merchandise displays.

- Special projects or other duties as assigned.
