TPC Restoration, Inc. is a growing company, located in Bedford, VA, and we currently have an opening for a leadman! We specialize in log home maintenance and restoration, which includes activities such as staining, chinking, carpentry, pressure washing, media blasting, repairs, and much more!
Requirements for the job: a clean driving record and valid driver's license, efficient in leading a crew on job sites, engaging with customers in a professional manner, and maintaining a tidy job site.
We are looking to hire one full-time leadman. All employees are paid weekly, with starting wages at $18.00-$20.00/hour or more, depending on experience. Employees also receive paid riding time to the job, paid holidays, referral bonuses, retirement plan, and much more. Come be a part of our team!
