QUALIFICATIONS
- Two to three years of previous experience in a similar role is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities (interior and exterior of buildings)
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness around the property
- Basic problem-solving for minor maintenance issues.
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, changing lightbulbs and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on building systems.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
- Special projects or other duties as assigned

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; kneel; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, distance and peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
