TPC Industrial is looking for a dependable Driver / Warehouse Employee to support daily warehouse operations, customer deliveries, and material pickups. This position is a hands-on role that requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
We are looking for someone who can work well independently, communicate clearly with the team, and take pride in keeping deliveries and warehouse operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up materials for warehouse and sales operations
- Load, unload, and organize materials safely and efficiently
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
- Verify paperwork and materials before deliveries and pickups
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and vehicles
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales staff on priorities and schedules
- Participate in occasional weekend or after-hours call-outs as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move industrial materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
- Basic computer and paperwork skills
- Forklift experience preferred
- Industrial, warehouse, or delivery experience preferred
- Ability to work overtime or call-outs when needed
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $18/hour
- 1099 contractor position
- $100 annual work boot allowance
- Eligibility for discretionary company bonuses after 90 days
- Paid vacation eligibility after one year
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Weekend or after-hours call-outs may occasionally be required
