About the Role
Súp Noodle Bar Irvine is looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team. This role helps create a welcoming dining experience by providing excellent guest service, supporting food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a positive dining experience.
- Inform guests of menu items, specials, promotions, and recommendations.
- Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with seating, guest flow, wait times, and takeout orders.
- Support expo by organizing tickets and coordinating with the kitchen.
- Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables and service areas.
- Process payments and operate the POS system when needed.
- Assist servers, bussers, and other team members during service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies.
- Perform side work and additional tasks as assigned by the Manager on Duty.
Requirements
- Food Handler Card required (training provided if needed)
- RBS certification required, if applicable.
- 6 months to 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle payments.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation
$17.00 per hour tips
