Hiring Immediately – Floor Manager (Full-Time)

Location: NEP Café – Irvine, CA
Pay Range: $24–$26/hour (depending on experience)
Status: Full-Time
Experience Required: Previous restaurant management experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests receive friendly, responsive, and professional service

• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation according to company standards

• Support daily restaurant operations to meet sales, service, and cleanliness goals

• Assist with staff training and development in accordance with company policies

• Lead by example to create a positive and productive work environment

• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reconciliation

• Step in as needed to maintain service standards and operational efficiency

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the management team

• Ensure all products are received accurately and in proper condition

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper working condition

• Support employee performance reviews and corrective actions as needed

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations

• Provide feedback and suggestions to the General Manager

• Attend scheduled meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management or operations experience

• Food Handler Card (training hours provided if needed)

• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (if required)

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
