Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including recruiting, benefits administration, and employee training development. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties
- Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and training is scheduled.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefits.
- Support talent management initiatives by coordinating training development programs and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR systems.
- Facilitate conflict management processes by providing guidance and support to employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including FMLA, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to develop HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software is highly desirable.
- Experience with conflict management, recruiting, benefits administration, and talent management.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
