Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record (No OVI in the past 3 years)
- Able to lift, bend, twist, and climb with loads averaging 50 lbs
- Comfortable operating a manual transmission
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
Compensation Structure
CDL Drivers are paid the greater of the following:
- Minimum Hourly Rate – $24.00/hour (for up to 50 hours/week)
- Minimum Weekly Guarantee:
- $1,150/week – 1st year
- $1,200/week – 6th year
- $1,250/week – 11th year
- Performance Compensation – Based on:
- Day Pay
- Mileage Pay
- Piece Pay
- Stop Pay
- Backhaul Pay or Load Pay
Annual Earnings Range: $59,800 – $85,400 (Performance Based Pay)
Bonus: $200/week performance & attendance bonus
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours (Day Shift)
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
- Overnight 1x per week possible
Work Location: In-person, based in Tiffin, OH
