What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at TPA technologies?
Account Manager/Business Development Representative - remote position but must be located in New England or NC
- Identify potential hiring managers and decision-makers
- Establish contact relationships to build upon the business and obtain referrals
- Schedule and conduct new client visits
- Communicate with prospective clients to obtain and close agreements for services
- Negotiate rates and other terms of employment with hiring manager, gain commitment for current and future job requirements
- Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment
- Establish client expectations and share them with internal staff
- Develop marketing plans to create a strategic sales initiative
- Source, research, and qualify leads/targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, we will consider work experience
- Experience in staffing or contingent workforce augmentation, direct-hire placement
- Self-motivation, discipline, competitive nature, individual with A type personality
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
