What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at TP Services?
The Administrative Assistant will support the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks.
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel is required.
Essential functions and responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:
- Insure the accuracy of customer field tickets; sort, price, etc.
- Maintain equipment transfers.
- Update Excel schedules to reflect equipment usage and transfers.
- Prepare various Excel weekly reports for distribution.
- Assist with preparing maintenance work orders and inspections.
- Assist with answering phones.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
40 hours - minimal overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
