ToyotaLift Northeast is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team!
What You’ll Do
- Provide product support to customers as well as sales staff and technicians.
- Performs trouble shooting and problem solving for customers.
- Research parts and products to ensure customer satisfaction with the product line;
- Research service documents to determine parts needed for repair.
- Orders parts, responsible for delivery of parts to appropriate location.
- Compile documentation, drawing, literature to customers and technicians to help repair equipment.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What You’ll Need
- 1-3 years of experience with ordering parts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Ability to provide safe and professional customer experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high-paced, office environment

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, and twist continuously
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Must be able to walk and stand for 2 hours
Hourly Rate: $25.00-$27.00
