Toyotalift, Inc. is searching for an After Market Sales and Customer Service Representative.
Applicant must work well in a team environment and have exceptional organizational and people skills. Base, car allowance and commission plan.
Applicant needs previous sales experience, proven track record in new accounts and have prior forklift knowledge.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a requirement.
Job Summary:
Serve customers by providing product and service information; while resolving product and service problems. Will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the company to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales while increasing customer satisfaction.
-Maintain a high level of visibility for the Material Handling business within the Toyota dealer organization.
-Maintain a close business relationship with key customers.
-Train and Manage Forklift , Aerial Work Platform safety classes.
Responsibilities:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
- Accurately process customer orders, quotes or returns
- Enroll in periodic planned maintenance program designed to keep product safe and low cost operational condition
- Conduct OSHA approved operator safety training
- Provide accurate vendor information to accounting for proper set up of accounts
- Perform a variety of general office support duties in the implementation of account setup for billing and collection.
- Attend sales meetings, vendor training and trade shows to remain current on product developments
- Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry and other common office equipment and software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50, $75,000.00 per year
