Summary
The Inside Sales Supervisor will lead a small team while overseeing daily operations, staff development, and the implementation of standard operating procedures. The position ensures workflow accuracy and policy compliance while directly managing high-value orders and complex problem-solving. Ultimately, it serves as a key communication link between staff and management to maintain efficient business functions.
What You'll Do
- Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, provide feedback to the sales team, and to meet goals
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Improve internal processes by utilizing Salesforce for accurate data entry, improve efficiency, and sales reporting.
- Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new sales team members.
- Manages daily team functions and checks for workflow errors and inconsistencies.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes
- Develops, implements and maintains standard operating procedures, practices and work instructions.
- Researches and resolves order processing problems; may be personally responsible for receiving complex or high value orders, or orders from key customers or accounts.
- Other duties may be assigned
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 3- 5 years of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) experiencece is preferred
- Expereince supervising or leading a team is a plus
