In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to personalize user experiences in mobile/web apps while staying up to date with state-of-the-art AI/ML research and applying innovative techniques to improve personalization.We're looking for someone with 4 years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI. Strong programming skills in Python and experience deploying generative AI/ML models in AWS is preferred.As a Machine Learning Engineer - Human Behavior and Carbon Neutrality, you will:Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, including recommendation algorithms and adaptive learning systems, to personalize user experiences in mobile/web apps.Productionize off-the-shelf and in-house generative AI models for deployment in user-facing applications.Work with user data pipelines to process, clean, and analyze data from a variety of sources, including human behavior data, for AI/ML-driven features.Optimize models for on-device inference and cloud-based processing, balancing efficiency and performance.Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate ML models into APIs for real-time and batch predictions.Ensure data privacy and security compliance in ML workflows.Stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI/ML research and apply innovative techniques to improve personalization.
