Toyota Racing Development (TRD) is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to

lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale enterprise business

transformation initiative. This highly visible role will partner with business stakeholders,

technical teams, and external implementation partners to drive project success from

planning through implementation.


We’re looking for an exceptional communicator who takes ownership, builds alignment

across cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal

candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of leading complex initiatives with

minimal direction while effectively managing risks, removing roadblocks, and keeping

projects on track.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale enterprise business transformation initiative.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to define priorities and drive project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and executive status reports.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while proactively resolving issues.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party implementation partners to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Drive organizational change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption.
  • Support testing, user acceptance, deployment planning, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Monitor project health and communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to leadership.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain momentum throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business,
  • Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of Technical Project Management experience leading complex enterprise software implementations.
  • Previous experience leading an enterprise-level ERP implementation or major business systems transformation.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ownership with a proven track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through successful implementation.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering organizations.
  • Experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as SYSPRO, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Epicor, Plex, or similar.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification.
  • Experience leading organizational change management initiatives.

Salary : $130,000 - $190,000
