Job Description
Toyota of Whittier is looking for experienced Internet Sales Consultants to join and further cultivate our environment where everyone is a valued member of the team. Responsibilities will include understanding the features and benefits of all motor vehicles that are available for purchase and being able to communicate this information effectively to customers and potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell Toyota products and services to new and existing customers
- Follow through daily tasks to prospect and contact potential customers
- Maintain relationships with a growing customer base
- Efficiently manage 80 leads monthly
- Complete and maintain yearly Toyota Certification
- Schedule and meet with customers daily.
- Must make targeted goals on a monthly basis
- Strive to be the best by learning your product and the process and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience required (minimum 1 year)
- Must be computer savvy/literate.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to promptly reply to Internet Leads / Inbound Phone Leads within 5 minutes
- Ability to follow lead through typical opportunity cycles(90 days)
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a customer service setting preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain good customer relations.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
