What You’ll Do:
- Process new and used vehicle registrations, including in-state and out-of-state deals
- Prepare and submit tax, title, and lien documents to the DMV
- Verify payments, lienholder information, and ensure documentation accuracy
- Maintain accurate title records and track outstanding paperwork
- Assist with dealer swaps, vehicle stock-in, and certificates of origin
- Stay informed on current Massachusetts RMV regulations and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- CVR Certification/Training required
- Must have proven experience working in a dealership registry/title office
- Familiarity with Dealertrack, MA RMV procedures, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
- Clear and effective communication skills
- A team player with a positive, professional attitude
