We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our growing service department. Toyota experience is a plus, but technicians from all automotive brands are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• Up to $45.00 per flat rate hour based on experience, skill level, and certifications
• Flat rate and production bonuses paid weekly

What You'll Do

As an experienced Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while delivering efficient, accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform maintenance and repairs including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, and other vehicle systems
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources to accurately identify vehicle concerns
• Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Perform thorough inspections and identify needed or preventative repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation of diagnosis, repairs, parts, and labor
• Perform quality-control checks on completed work
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology, including hybrid and electric vehicle systems
• Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to provide an excellent customer experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Follow dealership and manufacturer policies, procedures, and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• 4 years of automotive repair experience preferred
• Advanced technician experience with Toyota or another automotive manufacturer
• ASE certifications strongly preferred
• Toyota certifications are a plus, but not required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with modern diagnostic equipment and repair tools
• Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to fixing vehicles correctly
• Dependable, productive, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and work around vehicles for extended periods
• Ability to safely operate automotive tools and equipment
