What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through a professional, transparent sales process
- Build repeat and referral business
- Stay knowledgeable on Toyota products and technology
- Work closely with management to hit volume and gross goals
- Assist with F&I processes as backup support when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of automotive sales experience (required)
- Familiarity with F&I products/processes (willing to learn more)
- Leadership experience a plus
- Motivated, accountable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
