Responsibilities:
- Build relationships & create customers for life. We have a strong focus on exemplary customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest vehicle technology.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Provide excellent vehicle delivery to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
- Follow-up after the sale with buyers to ensure referral business and customer satisfaction.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.

Qualifications:
Available to work flexible hours & weekends
Minimum of 3 years automotive sales experience required.
Ready to hit the ground running on learning vehicle and product information
Fantastic communication skills with your customers and co-workers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
