The ideal candidate must have strong phone, customer service, and basic computer/tech skills

Can arrive to work on a timely matter and dressed appropriately to represent Toyota of Rockwall’s standard

Organized and can work in a fast-paced environment

Strong soft skills - Can effectively communicate over the phone and in person with clients, peers, and supervisors

Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor

Responsibilities

The receptionist plays a vital role as the initial point of contact for our clients. You must be willing and passionate to prioritize customer satisfaction and thrive to deliver the best possible experience.

Perform all assigned duties daily to the highest standards of our dealership.

Answer phone calls and smoothly transfer phone calls to the appropriate department.

Greet, check in clients, connect them with the right department/person, and offer complimentary drinks.

Check-In every client that enters the main front door and logs their reason for the visit

Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Regularly tidying up and ensuring that all items are properly stored and arranged to keep a visually appealing and clutter-free.

Maintains the privacy of customer information.

Maintain a pristine and hygienic environment. Clearing and sanitizing tables after use - wiping down surfaces to remove any spills or debris at our coffee station and client tables.

Regularly restock coffee station supplies.

Scan documents and process sold vehicle license plates
