Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage daily sales activities, including floor coverage, lead distribution, and follow-ups
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing ongoing training and feedback
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Assist sales staff in closing deals and handling complex customer situations
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Coordinate with finance, service, and inventory departments to ensure seamless operations
- Enforce dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with prior leadership or management experience preferred (Toyota experience preferred)
