Toyota of Redlands, a well-established and respected dealership in the Inland Empire, is seeking an experienced Finance Writer with a proven track record of success in automotive finance and F&I product sales.

We are looking for a motivated professional who excels at delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing finance opportunities, and maintaining compliance with all dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive finance experience preferred
• Proven history of strong finance production and product penetration
• Thorough knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and F&I processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Toyota dealership experience is a plus
• Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Present finance and protection product options to customers
• Secure financing through approved lending sources
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
• Prepare and process all required finance documentation accurately
• Work closely with sales management to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet and exceed established performance goals
