Full time Receptionist

Toyota of Olympia | Tumwater, WA

Toyota of Olympia is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team Monday through Thursday.

This role is far more than simply answering phones and greeting customers. Our reception team plays a critical role in the daily flow and organization of the dealership and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment while balancing multiple responsibilities at once.

The ideal candidate is someone who is warm and welcoming with customers, but also highly efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of staying organized and composed during extremely busy periods.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Answer and direct multi-line phone calls efficiently and accurately
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors throughout the dealership
• Support sales and service departments with daily operational tasks
• Complete a variety of clerical and administrative responsibilities throughout the day
• Assist with vehicle stocking, key management, license plate processing, and internal coordination tasks
• Maintain organization and communication across departments
• Help keep the front desk and reception area polished, professional, and running smoothly
• Create a welcoming and professional first impression for every customer

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable answering multi-line phones and navigating computer systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
