You Will...
- Acquire pre-owned vehicles for the dealership's inventory by proactively reaching out to past customers and negotiating purchases.
- Assist guests in trading out of their current vehicles into new Toyota models, guiding them through the process with exceptional hospitality.
- Engage in daily outreach activities, including calling, emailing, and texting guests to provide updates on their vehicle's value and explore buy-back opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face consultations and sales presentations to build trust and close deals.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, vehicle valuations, and follow-up schedules using Microsoft tools.
- Focus exclusively on caring for existing guests, keeping them informed about market values and upgrade options to foster long-term loyalty.
- Proven sales background, preferably in automotive or related industries.
- Strong skills in hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent face-to-face sales abilities, including negotiation and persuasion.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to structure your day effectively and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word) for tracking leads, scheduling, and reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or automotive knowledge a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
