The Mobile Specialist serves as a key connection between the dealership and our service customers by providing convenient vehicle pick-up and delivery services, maintaining communication throughout the service process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role combines customer service, logistics, and dealership support to create a seamless service experience.
This full time position will work Monday-Friday from 8:45AM-6:15PM.

- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document vehicle condition before transport.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding pick-up and delivery times.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Service Management to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Assist with loaner vehicle exchanges and customer transportation needs.
- Ensure customer vehicles are clean, secure, and handled with care.
- Support service department operations as needed, including administrative and customer assistance tasks.
- Assist customers with basic vehicle feature questions during vehicle return.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle transportation activities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review
- Outstanding punctuality
- Frequently entering and exiting vehicles.
- Standing, walking, and driving for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Salary : $18
