Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

The BDC Representative is responsible for handling incoming sales calls, building relationships with potential customers, and scheduling appointments for our Sales Associates.
This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work closely with the BDC Manager, Sales Associates, Sales Managers, and support staff to ensure a seamless sales process.
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage inbound sales calls and internet leads
- Identify customer needs and schedule sales appointments
- Place outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate new opportunities
- Address client questions prior to appointments (cost, warranty, time frame, etc.)
- Confirm customer appointments before scheduled times
- Conduct post-visit follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Background in customer service, sales, or telemarketing
- Proficient with computers and CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
