Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Assist customers in person and online in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budgets
• Conduct test drives, present financing options, and close sales
• Stay knowledgeable about Toyota products and industry trends
• Utilize computer systems to manage leads and customer information
• Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and video platforms
• Create and share videos to promote vehicles and dealership services
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• No prior sales experience is necessary – we will train the right candidates
• Clean DMV record
• Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software
• Comfortable shooting and sharing videos (experience with social media a plus)
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and desire to exceed customer expectations

Work Environment: As a sales representative at Toyota of Gladstone, you will work with customers in person and online at the dealership.
