Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions about vehicle care services, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the dealership lot, showroom, and vehicle displays.
- Park, organize, and reposition vehicles to maximize lot efficiency and presentation.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly aligned, locked, fueled (as needed), and ready for display or delivery.
- Install dealer plates, window stickers, and other required vehicle displays.
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory from transport trucks.
- Shuttle vehicles between dealership locations, service departments, body shops, and customer destinations as needed.
- Keep vehicle keys organized and follow dealership key control procedures.
- Assist customers by locating vehicles and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Follow all dealership safety policies and traffic procedures while operating vehicles.
- Support the sales and service teams with daily operational needs.
