This is a 12 month contract. The pay range for this role is between $45 - $55/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Coordinator to provide dedicated financial support for one of the key portfolios within Toyota’s Information Technology (IT) division. This role plays a critical part in aligning financial planning with operational goals and ensuring fiscal accountability throughout the year.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare, present, and/or participate in portfolio planning meetings with IT portfolio leaders and executives
- Coordinate and submit annual and mid-term plans for the assigned IT portfolio
- Collect, analyze data, prepare information and recommendations that support strategic budget decisions
- Prepare analysis to recommend cost reduction opportunities, create and manage plans to achieve IT portfolio cost reductions
- Engage across BU Finance, and coordinate interaction/requests with the portfolio
- Schedule and facilitate support meetings with portfolio leaders
- Ensure consistent portfolio engagement with a strong customer service mindset
- Ensure service levels are being met per divisional goals and customer requirements
- Partner with Financial Management Lead to develop and continuously improve financial management and planning processes
- Accurately prepare journal entries including accruals and reclassification of expenses
- Review budget/target to actual results and identify variances that require forecast adjustments
- Convey complex financial information to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms with the ability to influence and persuade others
- Analyze financial data to find trends, detect discrepancies, and assess risks
- B.A./B.S. in Finance or Accounting
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis function (FP&A)
- Advanced Excel skills using formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to think outside the box
- Financial modeling: ability to build financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Data visualization: ability to translate complex financial data into easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and sometimes Power BI
- PowerPoint expertise: proficient in designing clear, professional, and visually compelling presentations tailored for executive audiences
