Your team and your responsibilities

Newly created, the Business Reform Gazoo Racing Department is responsible to develop a sustainable motorsport business model, by conducting motorsports activities, fan engagement, marketing, and new business area development. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to “making ever better cars” and to protect the motorsports landscape that is required to do so.

Your responsibilities: 

Mainly working on systematic approach to activate MS area. 

1. Support Manager in assessing & proposing the annual Gazoo Racing/Toyota Racing core event programme and develop Systematic approach to enhance brand engagement.

• Develop annual schedule and coordinate Motorsports activities across Europe. (e.g. Maximizing synergies among TME/TR/TGR-WRT/NMSCs/TMC GRC), fully synchronize communication strategy, message alignment, PR, VIP attendance, Assets, Fan engagement, etc.)
• Coordinate, produce & deliver a selection of Core Events as leading function in terms of overall set-up & operations & PDCA: guest hospitality, static & dynamic fan engagement 

2. Create standardized overview and keep track of European Motorsport activations at local and regional level.

• Operational two-way dialogue with NMSC GR meisters: organize webinars, optimize info & guidance availability on BR GR Sharepoint platform
• Enabling always-on view & reporting on local activation for BR GR, guidance & support to local activation strategic alignment, effectiveness & efficiency 
• Gazoo Racing/Toyota Racing & Competition activation fact finding and Genchi Genbutsu at Events & reporting 

3. Grow the GR & TR fan base.

Develop both dynamic and static fan engagement programme & related on-event TR/GR communication.

• Rollout the fan engagement program activities across BR GR Core Events & additional relevant TME events in sync with the Teams, with efficiency
• Kaizen content & operation with focus on motorsport culture, brand awareness & visibility, cooperation with NMSCs
• KPIs validation & target setting – Transition to systematic processing

4. Plan the reporting to senior management:

• On core events planning incl. assets, on-event configuration, messaging, target setting, costs, revenues & efficiencies o Incorporating other stakeholders’ contributions (e.g. TME PR, PSM) 

Your Profile

• You are fluent in English (TME business language) 
• You have some knowledge/experience of
  • Project and Master-schedule management
  • Communication with external stakeholders (TMC, NMSC, Motorsport teams, agencies, motorsport event organizers/bodies)
  • TBP driven strategy development & reporting towards top management
  • Curiosity/motivation to understand TR/GR Motorsport environment
• You have good skills.
  • Open mindset o Team player o Ready to take ownership of your tasks
  • Flexibility o Communication to build up the consensus and making simple and clear strategic report
  • Strong analytical, planning & organizational skills o Visualization in Powerpoint
  • Driving license required for on-events self-reliance
