What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead corrective and preventive action plans through effective problem-solving and cross-functional coaching.
- Partner with suppliers and logistics teams to enhance quality systems, resolve discrepancies, and reduce risks.
- Conduct supplier audits to evaluate process capability and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Organize and analyze data using Microsoft Power BI and Excel to visualize trends and drive informed decisions.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by developing and implementing process enhancements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years of experience in a related role.
- 2 years of experience in a related quality-focused role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI data visualization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with suppliers.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to change, and act decisively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience conducting supplier audits or working within a manufacturing or parts distribution environment.
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a global organization.
- This is an in-person role located at our Columbus, IN office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
- Typical Monday through Friday first shift hours.
Salary - $57,250 - $73,300 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
